Silicone Roof Coatings

COMMERCIAL & MULTI-UNIT ROOF RESTORATION

Silicone Roof Coatings

A silicone roof coating is a fluid-applied membrane that goes over an existing low-slope roof and cures into one seamless, reflective surface. For many commercial and multi-unit buildings it restores a worn roof without a full tear-off, keeping the job faster, quieter and less disruptive to tenants.

Seamless Membrane

No laps or seams to fail, and it holds up to ponding water better than many other coatings.

Reflective Finish

A bright surface that helps keep the roof and top floor cooler.

Restore, Don’t Replace

Usually applied over the existing roof, and can be recoated at the end of its service life.

Roofs We Coat

Silicone coatings can go over most sound low-slope roofs, including modified bitumen, built-up (BUR), single-ply, metal and spray polyurethane foam. Every project starts with an inspection to confirm the existing roof is a good candidate.
